  to act for me, in my name, in my stead and on my behalf, at the September 11, 2005 sale to be conducted by 
 Garden State Horse Sales Company.  Agent shall have full power and authority to act for me in any and all matters
 in connection with or arising out of the purchase of (check one):

  Agent is further authorized to execute any and all documents, including but not limited to insurance coverage, in   
 connection with the purchase(s), including granting Garden State Horse Sales Company a security interest in all 
 horses purchased and the products, proceeds and registration certificates relating thereto and authorizing Garden
 State Horse Sales Company to confess judgment against me for all amounts due and owing as provided in the
 Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms). I authorize Agent to do all things incidental to and in furtherance of the
 purchase of the horses set forth above, and I agree to pay for all animals purchased by Agent on my behalf in
 accordance with the Terms of Garden State Horse Sales Company. This agency is revocable only in writing
 delivered to Garden State Horse Sales Company.
